SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping to Mainland Portugal & Islands
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Shipping time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping cost: €4.50 for Mainland Portugal and €5.50 for the islands, with free shipping on orders over €75.
Estimated delivery time in Mainland Portugal: Next business day for orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM.
For the islands, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping to Spain
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Shipping time: 2–6 business days
- Shipping cost: €5, with free shipping on orders over €250.
Estimated delivery time: 48 hours, and for the islands 3 to 6 business days.
Shipping to the European Union
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Shipping time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping cost: €12.50
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days.
FedEx Express Shipping: €40 – Delivery within 24/72 hours.
For orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, they will be dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping to the Rest of the World (Except USA and Canada)
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Shipping time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping cost: €20
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 12 business days.
FedEx Express Shipping: €50 – Delivery within 24/72 hours.
For orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, they will be dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping to the United States of America and Canada
- FedEx Express Shipping: €50 – Delivery within 24/72 hours.
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 12 business days.
For international customers, please note that orders may go through customs and be subject to additional charges. All duties, taxes and other fees are the responsibility of the customer at the time of import.
