Missus Club is our exclusive loyalty program, where every purchase brings you closer to unlocking special rewards. As soon as you create your MISSUS account, you’ll enter The Beach tier — the start of your journey with us. As you shop throughout the year, you’ll unlock new benefits across our three tiers: The Beach, The Boat and The Island.
To join the program, simply click on “Create a store account”. Once your account is created, you can start taking part in all the actions available to earn points.
Yes, you can opt out at any time, free of charge, through your account. Please note that to leave the program, you will need to close your MISSUS account. Once you do, any accumulated points will be lost.
You can earn points by completing the actions available in the Rewards tab. Simply click on “Rewards” to discover all the ways you can start earning.
Your total points determine your tier. Points can also be redeemed for rewards. Once you accumulate enough points, you are automatically upgraded to the next tier and can enjoy its benefits.
Points from purchases will appear as “pending” immediately after your order. They will be added to your total balance 31 days after the purchase is completed. Points from other activities are credited instantly.
You can redeem your points for rewards through your account once you’ve registered.
Yes, earned points expire after 12 months of inactivity. However, your tier status will remain unchanged.
If you return a product, the points earned will be automatically deducted. In the case of an exchange, your points will be adjusted accordingly.
Yes, but only purchases made within 1 month prior to your registration are eligible.
Yes, leaving the program will result in the loss of all accumulated and pending points.
Missus Club has three tiers: The Beach, The Boat and The Island. Each tier requires a specific number of points to unlock.
Once you reach a tier, you will immediately unlock its benefits. You can view all benefits and rewards in your MyAccount section. You can also enable email notifications by completing the activity “Subscribe to our newsletter” to stay updated and receive information about your benefits.
Each tier requires a specific number of points. Once you reach the required amount, you will automatically level up. The upgrade happens once your points are fully processed, which may take up to 31 calendar days for purchases or a few minutes for activity-based points.
Once you reach a tier, you will never be downgraded.
Yes, you can view your current tier status and the points needed to reach the next level in your MyAccount section.
You can redeem rewards at any time, as long as you have enough available points. Rewards cannot be redeemed with pending points.
You can redeem your rewards on your Missus Club page once you are logged in. From there, simply click “Get Reward” on the reward you wish to use.
No, only one reward can be redeemed per purchase and rewards cannot be combined.
